Welcome! We are the Sansbury Family, former owners of the Farmers Table restaurant, avid travel lovers and adventure seekers! As a family of five we are an “all-in” family making the most of every experience and turning everyday life into an adventure!
Back in 2011 we met during a job interview at a local restaurant. Then 9 months later we decided to open a restaurant of our own. We spent 8 years growing our business, adding in multiple locations and purchasing a food truck before the pandemic shut our doors.
At that point we had to make a decision on where our lives went from there. At the time we had two small children who needed us more than our business did so we chose to put them first and began on a new path. Now here we are almost four years later, with another baby in tow, ready to share our stories with you. We are grateful for this wonderful life we have been given! We hope that you will find inspiration and ideas from our stories and hope that you will enjoy following along with us as we continue our adventures!
What We Know
We certainly do not have it all figured out and our life is far from perfect, but we do have experiences that we want to share with you.
We have been working in the foodservice industry for almost 20 years. We easily know our way around a kitchen, tons of culinary tips and how to spot the best quality ingredients. We have also been traveling together for over 12 years, both as a couple and as a family. We fully immerse ourselves in the destinations we visit and have perfected many planning tools that help make our trips a success. We are also parents, who seek out the best products and experiences for our children as we help shape them into a version of themselves they can be proud of and confident in.
